Katie is an Actress and Producer based in NYC. Some of her favorite theater credits include Kat in Chasing the River, Trudy in Sinners on a Southbound Bus (Ruddy Productions & NYC Fringe Fave) and Ismene in Antigone: Burial Rites (Nuance Theater). Katie starred in feature films Happy, Yummy Chicken starring Orange is the New Black actresses Taryn Manning, Emma Myles and Diane Guerrero as well as BRUCE!!!. BRUCE!!! won Best Director at the 2017 American Black Film Festival and received it’s NYC premiere at the 2017 Urbanworld Film Festival. Most recently Katie’s is featured in the upcoming films All Alone, Honor and Projections. Katie is a graduate of the Maggie Flanigan Studio and received her BA in Theater from Saint Michael’s College. 

In addition to pursuing her acting career, Katie served as the Artistic Director and lead producer for Ruddy Productions from January 2014 through August 2018. Ruddy Productions was a 501(c)3 production company that produced multiple new works festival, a NYC Fringe Festival FRINGE FAVE, a successful monthly reading series, an off-off Broadway production in 2016 and Ruddy Gym, a weekly “artist’s gym” for actors, writers and directors to develop new works. Ruddy’s focus was to promote under-represented artists in NYC as well as give actors, writers and directors an artistic home. In addition to her work with Ruddy, Katie also served as an Executive Producer on the comedic short film SPOT: A True Period Piece! which is currently being featured at film festivals in the United States and internationally.
